Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States; hybrid schedule

Salary: $171,000–$211,000 base per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own identity and access administration across Okta, Google Workspace, 1Password Enterprise, passkeys, and group-based authorization.
• Build, extend, and operate internal automation and notification services with secure scoped service accounts.
• Manage the macOS endpoint fleet through mobile device management, device trust checks, endpoint detection and response, and collaboration tooling.
• Run hardware logistics, including procurement, international shipping, inventory, returns, and recycling.
• Manage the SaaS catalog, purchase requests, vendor renewals, and decision-making on renewals.
• Support audit evidence collection, control design, conference rooms, and office technology.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing macOS fleets through mobile device management, including device trust and endpoint security tooling.
• Experience automating identity lifecycle processes from an HRIS.
• Experience owning IT hardware logistics, vendor renewals, and SaaS management.
• Strong ownership and automation-first mindset, with accountability for IT operations end to end.
• Familiarity with audit evidence production and related operational discipline.

• Experience in a high-growth startup with a small IT function.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments and infrastructure as code.
• Experience operating internal tooling with scoped service accounts.
• Background supporting an engineering-heavy workforce.
