What you will do

• Lead and manage significant workstreams or projects to deliver performance improvement for healthcare systems.
• Execute and oversee complex data analyses, derive insights, and develop final recommendations for clients.
• Manage project economics, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Develop high-impact presentations and deliverables to communicate strategies and outcomes to client audiences.
• Mentor and guide staff assigned to projects, enriching their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong, referenceable client relationships through meaningful engagement.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 or more years of applicable professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Location: Ability to travel 61-80% within the US.
• Proven ability to lead work groups and cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in conducting analyses and delivering effective verbal and written presentations.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• RN license or other professional license in a clinical area of expertise.
• PMP or Lean Certification.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Strategic Consulting, or Decision Support Analytics.
