What you will do

• Manage a multi-customer book of business (5M+ in sales and revenue) and perform primarily billable client work.
• Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line, including large engagements up to $250k+.
• Own service line performance: develop offerings, drive sales and business development, ensure quality of implementation, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Actively grow the Premier portfolio while maintaining staff utilization and appropriate engagement margin.
• Lead engagements and serve as a subject matter expert with deep clinical/technical involvement to influence decisions.
• Provide clinical/technical oversight to staff for engagement development, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of applicable work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
