Senior Director Advisory Services

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $164,000–$305,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a book of business across multiple customers with sales and revenue of $5 million or more.
• Sell and deliver comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line.
• Lead large engagements valued at up to $250,000 or more.
• Develop service offerings, support sales and business development, and maintain implementation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide subject-matter expertise and clinical or technical oversight for engagements, materials, events, committees, and presentations.
• Manage staff utilization, engagement margins, service-line revenue, customer growth, and program development.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience building and developing client relationships.
• Fiscal responsibility and accountability.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and work collaboratively while operating computer software.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• RN license or another professional license.
• Lean Six Sigma training.
