Senior Consultant Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives (Healthcare)

Location: Remote. Travel: 61–80% within the US.

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support Women’s and Children’s Collaboratives through client interactions, member discussions, best-practice forums, site assessments, meetings, and educational sessions.
• Obtain data, conduct and oversee analyses, validate deliverables, interpret findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations.
• Create presentations and other deliverables that communicate improvement opportunities, outcomes, and strategies to members.
• Contribute content, best practices, thought leadership, and collaborative practice-development activities.
• Participate in project planning, risk and issue mitigation, member satisfaction efforts, and workstream management.
• Learn hirify.global technologies and services, identify market opportunities, and complete required annual training.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Experience conducting analyses, validating qualitative and quantitative data, and developing healthcare data visualizations.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues, lead work groups, make independent decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to travel 61–80% within the US and work remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience in health systems finance, healthcare operations, consulting, strategic planning, or decision-support analytics.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• Experience developing new methodologies and solving strategic problems.
• Master’s degree or Registered Nurse license.
