Salary: $90,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Collaborate and support the delivery of forums for sharing best practices among healthcare members.
- Execute and oversee complex data analyses to derive interpretations and actionable conclusions.
- Develop presentations and deliverables that communicate outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Manage project plans in accordance with contracts to ensure high member satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to industry thought leadership through blogs and presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree (Required).
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.
- Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.
Nice to have
- Master's degree.
- Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
- Expertise in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.
