What you will do

• Lead engagement workstreams to deliver performance improvements for healthcare systems.
• Execute complex data analyses, form initial recommendations, and develop potential solutions.
• Create high-impact deliverables and presentations for various client audiences.
• Manage workstream economics, project budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain interactive data models using SQL and Tableau to provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to leverage PINC AI and other proprietary technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 or more years of applicable experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, or Strategic Consulting.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Must be able to travel 61-80% within the US.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interactions and presentations.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.
• Experience analyzing complex healthcare data sets and developing visualizations.
