Senior Consultant Advisory Services (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 61–80% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and participate in client engagement workstreams focused on healthcare system performance improvement.
• Plan and conduct interviews, obtain data, oversee analyses, interpret findings, and develop recommendations.
• Create client presentations and deliverables that communicate strategy, outcomes, and potential solutions.
• Manage workstream plans, budgets, expenses, risks, issues, and project economics.
• Support implementation of recommended improvements and contribute to practice development and business opportunities.
• For analytics-focused work, build data models, standardize and automate deliverables, and troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is also considered.
• Ability to conduct analyses, validate data, oversee deliverables, and communicate recommendations to client audiences.
• Ability to lead workgroups, collaborate effectively, make independent decisions, adapt priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare finance, operations, consulting, strategic planning, decision-support analytics, or analysis of complex healthcare datasets.
• Ability to work remotely with 61–80% travel within the US.

Nice to have

• Lean process improvement experience or a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Experience developing new analytical methodologies and data visualizations.
• Experience mentoring others in producing client deliverables.
