Sr Implementation Consultant (Healthcare Software)

Salary: $69,852–$97,094 per year.

What you will do

• Implement and configure FollowMyHealth, hirify.global EHR, and hirify.global Practice Management solutions for clients.
• Lead assigned implementation workstreams independently across all phases of the project life cycle.
• Provide workflow consultation tailored to clinical and operational contexts.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate system and workflow issues across product lines.
• Support onsite go-lives, activation activities, and hypercare coverage.
• Facilitate discovery conversations, manage client expectations, and build trust through clear communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or business experience.
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Hands-on implementation experience with at least one of FMH, VEHR, or VPM is strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global solutions, the healthcare industry, and implementation methodology.
• Ability to cross-train across FMH, VEHR, and VPM and understand their interdependencies.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
