Primary Care Physician

Location: In-office role at the Starbase, Texas clinic, United States. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm CST, with future plans to remain open until 8pm CST.

Salary: $280,000 annualized salary at 0.8 FTE.

What you will do

• Serve as a primary care physician for patients through in-clinic and digital care.
• Deliver preventive health, chronic disease management, urgent care, and pediatric services.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, virtual urgent care and triage, and clinical subspecialty teams.
• Educate patients about health conditions and create individualized care and treatment plans.
• Resolve patient needs efficiently by applying clinical resourcefulness and multidisciplinary expertise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience in chronic care and primary care for patients of all ages.
• Active board certification in Family Medicine and comfort treating pediatric patients.
• Active Texas medical licensure or the ability to obtain a Texas license by the start date.
• Comfort with basic procedural skills and complex clinical and social needs.
• Strong communication skills, including translating complex medical information into simple language.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and lift or carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
