Global Supply Chain Rotational Program, New College Grad- Master's (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Full-time onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $101,000–$139,000 per year.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across purchasing and sourcing, project and program management, and supplier account management.
• Issue RFQs, analyze proposals, negotiate prices, execute orders, and support new product integration and commercialization.
• Develop commodity and sourcing strategies while balancing cost, quality, reliability, urgency, and supplier capability.
• Coordinate engineering, materials, manufacturing, buyer, planner, and production-control requirements through matrix management.
• Assess supplier risk, capacity, performance, quality, delivery, total landed cost, and readiness for prototyping and volume manufacturing.
• Manage materials change control, resolve supplier quality issues, and publish key process indicators.

Requirements

• Completion of the full 30-month rotational program is required.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management and a technical undergraduate degree.
• Good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Required exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning technology; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Data analytics experience, including advanced Excel and working with multiple datasets for decision-making.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, exercise judgment, communicate complex concepts, and negotiate with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or project management.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, or PMP certification.
