Supply Chain CapEx Tool Enablement Coordinator (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Salary: $72,000–$126,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate capital equipment sourcing and execution from approved specifications through tool acceptance and production handoff.
• Support equipment specifications, configurations, facilities interfaces, RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase orders, contracts, and commercial alignment.
• Coordinate supplier commitments for equipment builds, long-lead items, deliveries, field services, installation, hook-up, power-on, and site acceptance testing.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, change orders, cost impacts, and schedule impacts across multiple expansion programs.
• Support factory acceptance, shipment release, startup, qualification, ramp, rate confirmation, and final acceptance activities.
• Coordinate consumables, spare parts, training, warranties, documentation, dashboards, governance evidence, and production handoff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, operations, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, capital equipment, supplier management, project execution, manufacturing operations, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with suppliers and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with RFQs, bid analysis, purchase orders, contracts, delivery commitments, and change management.
• Strong project-management, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel to supplier and hirify.global locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, high-volume manufacturing, capital equipment, construction, facilities, or technically complex industries.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment lifecycles, including shipment, installation, qualification, ramp, and acceptance.
• Experience with logistics, customs, export controls, equipment importation, or trade compliance.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, procurement systems, project dashboards, or work-breakdown-structure processes.
