Buyer (Robotics)

Location: Onsite at the Salem, Oregon office; all roles are U.S.-based. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Anticipated base salary: $65,000–$84,000 USD per year.

hirify.global develops and commercially deploys humanoid robots for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

What you will do

• Create and update purchase orders, maintaining accurate pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate with suppliers about order acknowledgements, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
• Track open orders, follow up on delivery commitments, and support shortage management and escalation.
• Maintain procurement and supplier information in ERP systems.
• Support RFQ activities, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Finance, and Global Supply Managers on prototype and production builds, invoice discrepancies, and receiving issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience working with suppliers in a manufacturing or hardware environment.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States and availability for onsite work in Salem, Oregon.
