Supply Chain Intern

What you will do

• Assist with purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and material availability activities.
• Support buyers and planners with data analysis, reporting, purchase order management, and supplier follow-up.
• Analyze inventory, demand, consumption, and forecast data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support sourcing, supplier qualification, cost-reduction, import/export, transportation, and logistics activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators using Microsoft Office and ERP data.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams on improvement and new product introduction projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least sophomore-level coursework is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments and follow production-floor safety procedures.

Nice to have

• Prior internship, co-op, project team, or leadership experience.
• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, SAP, or data analysis tools.
• Interest in manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.
