Supply Chain Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; part of a fully remote remote HQ with biannual off-sites.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 base salary plus bonus, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders from creation through production, shipment, receipt, and exception resolution.
• Coordinate confirmations, delays, decisions, and committed dates with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs.
• Maintain accurate available, inbound, and at-risk inventory data.
• Identify shortages, production delays, material constraints, freight risks, and inventory imbalances, then recommend corrective actions.
• Build Claude-powered workflows for exception lists, supplier communications, meeting recaps, and decision-ready summaries.
• Standardize reporting, documentation, recurring workflows, and SOPs to reduce manual errors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, production planning, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience working close to the physical flow of products.
• Direct coordination experience with suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP, inventory, or order management system such as NetSuite.
• Daily practical use of Claude or other AI tools, including prompt writing, reusable workflow creation, and output validation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify operational problems early and drive them to resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, supplements, wellness, beauty, or another physical-product business.
• Prior experience coordinating suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners through an internship or full-time role.
