People Experience Partner (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus of 8–12% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end administration of employee engagement surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, and other listening mechanisms.
• Analyze engagement data across teams, departments, and demographic groups, translating findings into clear insights, dashboards, scorecards, and leadership readouts.
• Partner with the Head of People & HR and HRBPs to create, track, and measure action plans based on employee feedback.
• Design and manage onboarding, succession planning, manager effectiveness training, and employee development programs with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
• Manage People Experience projects, vendors, budgets, calendars, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and impact measurement.
• Advise managers and senior leaders on engagement, culture, talent topics, communication, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in People & HR, employee experience, talent management, program or project management, or HRBP work.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent project management, written communication, verbal communication, and senior-leadership presentation skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paylocity, ADP, or LinkedIn, plus survey and data visualization tools including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or PMP certification.
