Manufacturing Engineer with Robotics Experience

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement projects across production and warehouse operations.
• Design, implement, maintain, and program automated equipment, including CNC machines, welding robots, laser projection, and painting or blasting systems.
• Specify tooling, fixtures, equipment, packaging solutions, workflows, layouts, standard times, and material-flow improvements.
• Maintain routing documents, procedures, costing reports, facility layouts, and Engineering Change Notice integration in the MRP system.
• Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, capital budgets, and departmental budgets while improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Apply 5S, Kaizen, Gemba walks, PDCA, Poka Yoke, visual factory methods, time and motion studies, and make-versus-buy analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably involving robotics and automated production systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project management tools, 3D CAD, and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and maintaining robot weld programs.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing standards, methods improvement, layout design, assembly tooling, fixtures, and line balancing.
• Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong organization and prioritization.
• Attention to detail, patience, persistence, and systematic problem-solving skills.
