Delivery Operations Manager

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $128,000–$135,500 per year in New York, with geographic-specific compensation.

What you will do

• Own delivery performance health for a defined portfolio of hirify.global locations.
• Detect and triage performance signals using dashboards, reports, and operational context.
• Analyze delivery metrics, diagnose root causes, and recommend data-informed actions.
• Coordinate execution with field, product, logistics, and operations partners without direct authority.
• Build playbooks, triggers, standard routines, and operating mechanisms that reduce recurring issues.
• Support launches through readiness checks, early performance monitoring, and post-launch retrospectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, strategy and operations, or multi-site performance management.
• Strong analytical skills, including direct SQL experience, advanced spreadsheets, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience with structured root-cause analysis and decision-making in ambiguous, high-noise environments.
• Ability to drive execution through influence, align stakeholders, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Experience creating repeatable processes, playbooks, SOPs, and operating standards.
