Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: Chicago area; hybrid work required

hirify.global builds an AI platform that automates freight brokerage, carrier management, and 3PL operations.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation planning, go-live, and hypercare execution.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Representatives.
• Optimize workflows for freight brokerages, carriers, and 3PLs by integrating AI-driven automation.
• Monitor customer performance and engagement, identify adoption gaps, and improve satisfaction.
• Standardize training and onboarding best practices for Customer Success Representatives.
• Act as an escalation point and collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Chicago area and willing to work in a hybrid capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics software implementation, client delivery, or solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams.
• Strong knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics technology, transportation systems, or 3PL operations.
• Experience with TMS systems, third-party logistics platforms, workflow automation, large-scale customer integrations, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong project management, program management, process optimization, technical implementation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working at logistics technology startups.
• Hands-on experience with API technology, SQL, Postman, and observability tools such as Langfuse or Kibana.
• Background in customer operations and scaling AI-driven workflows for logistics teams.
