Enterprise Deployment Strategist (AI/ML Product)

Location: In person in the San Francisco or New York City office, five days per week; approximately 25–30% travel is required for major customer milestones. Interviews are remote with a final in-person round.

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own enterprise and mid-market customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, go-live, and long-term success.
• Serve as the executive point of contact and lead customer kickoffs, milestone reviews, QBRs, and executive updates.
• Translate complex business processes and operational constraints into executable AI agent workflows.
• Partner with Agent Delivery Engineers, Product, Sales, and Success to validate assumptions and execute deployments.
• Configure, test, and release agent configurations for customer use cases.
• Manage deployment plans, timelines, risks, scope changes, escalations, and stakeholder communication while improving deployment processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Product, Engagement, Consulting, or Founder positions.
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to reason about workflows, APIs, and system behavior.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent, high-stakes projects in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, JSON, SaaS, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL.
• Ability to work in person from the San Francisco or New York City office five days per week and travel for major customer milestones.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with AI-driven or workflow automation products.
