Deployment Strategist (Manufacturing)

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid workplace. U.S. Person required. Travel of 25–75% is required and varies by location and team.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 per year, excluding benefits, sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and operational problems.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build customized workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to support measurable operational impact.
• Present project results and future proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Partner with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross-company products.
• Build demos, support new and existing customers, and scope engagements in new industries and locations.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required.
• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
• Ability to travel 25–75% depending on the location and team.
• Ability to investigate data deeply and solve open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Adaptive, analytical, introspective, and comfortable learning, guiding, leading, and following.
