Senior Specialist - Partner Integrations (APIs)

Salary: $100,000–$138,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Own the success of new and existing merchant integrations across product, engineering, and operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for integrated offerings and guide partners through integration builds.
• Learn technical platforms, analyze complex and messy datasets, and identify data-quality gaps.
• Translate technical requirements into clear business solutions aligned with merchant needs.
• Define system gaps, recommend improvements, and help shape the systems integrations roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts into business solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooks.
• Hands-on SQL experience for troubleshooting and self-service analysis.
• Experience in project and/or program management and cross-functional engineering and operations work.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing operational processes and collaborating with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with warehousing or supply chain implementation.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
