Principal Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions and lead implementation of scalable full stack solutions from concept through deployment.
• Design and implement APIs, intuitive user experiences, web services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Build and maintain large-scale infrastructure and web services for performance and reliability.
• Influence the product roadmap and technical direction for key platform areas.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend developers, ML engineers, 3D developers, domain experts, and business leaders.
• Work with users and peers across teams to understand needs and leverage the shared technical stack.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Hands-on software development experience in one or more languages such as Kotlin, Java, Python, or Rust.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in React, Angular, Vue, or similar component-based frameworks.
• Experience with large-scale cloud deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure and with Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and complex systems diagnosis skills.
• Comfort working in an English-speaking environment and being based in the USA (Phoenix).

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring junior engineers, leading significant projects, or scaling complex full stack architectures.
• Experience with industrial software, IoT, large-scale data visualization, SaaS products, or mobile applications.
