Full Stack Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $160,000–$240,000 annually, plus equity, bonus, and an additional bonus of up to 20% of annual salary. Final compensation depends on location and hiring level.

hirify.global builds merchant connectivity infrastructure that links merchants with consumer and business applications, powering products such as CardSwitcher and TransactionLink.

What you will do

• Build, experiment with, and debug user-facing features across CardSwitcher, TransactionLink, and other hirify.global products.
• Develop new products and expand existing features to create value for end users.
• Build user interfaces with React and TypeScript and develop APIs using Node, Go, and Python.
• Investigate performance and user experience issues using observability and detailed debugging.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver high-quality products at scale.
• Help maintain a culture focused on industry-leading user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Proficiency with React, Node, TypeScript, Go, Python, and CloudSQL or a similar relational database.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Strong visual attention to detail and ability to solve performance and user experience problems.
• Ability to take initiative, lead solutions, and work effectively in a rapidly growing organization.
• Expert communication and seamless collaboration with product teams.

• Experience with fintech or consumer applications.
