Product Engineer (SvelteKit)

Krea AI builds next-generation AI creative tools for text, images, video, sound, and 3D, including its Krea 2 foundation model.

What you will do

• Build real-time collaboration and canvas tooling using WebGL2/WebGPU and CRDTs.
• Develop durable execution for long-running workflows and public APIs with auto-generated OpenAPI documentation.
• Ship and improve product surfaces for creative users and revenue-generating sub-products.
• Integrate Python ML inference on GPU clusters and the multi-cloud Kubernetes setup as required.
• Own cross-service metrics, tracing, and observability for shipped features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally including work on a product with millions of users.
• Significant experience with Svelte or React; this is not a pure backend role.
• Strong first-principles thinking, product sense, and end-to-end ownership from idea through measured impact.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong creative taste and a developed point of view on high-quality creative work.
• Ability to work full-time and in person at the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Python, PyTorch, or GPU-backed ML inference experience.
• Creative background in design, art, architecture, or a related field.
