Location: On-site at the New York City office; candidates open to relocating to the listed location are encouraged to apply. Select roles may be based in Boston when explicitly stated.

Salary: $115K–$125K plus equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and teams.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and events.
• Conduct structured candidate screens assessing skills, communication, and alignment with company values.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the candidate process.
• Partner with hiring managers on requirements, candidate profiles, and decision-making frameworks.
• Track recruiting metrics, improve processes, support documentation, and contribute to employer brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting technical hiring, such as engineering, data, or technical-adjacent roles.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sehirify.globales, evaluate candidate skills and potential, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proactive approach to sourcing, outreach, pipeline building, and process improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City or relocate to the listed location.
