Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York City office; applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals or U.S. lawful permanent residents

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from job definition and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and meet recruiting goals.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and research.
• Design and deliver a strong candidate experience with clear, consistent communication.
• Streamline recruiting processes and improve existing workflows.
• Manage additional recruiting-related projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing, selling, interviewing, and closing candidates independently.
• Understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations related to recruiting.
• Strong project management, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, ambiguity, and multiple time-sensitive matters.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, or U.S. lawful permanent residency required; the position is in-person in New York City.
