What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using AI tools to attract technical talent.
• Optimize the recruitment funnel by leveraging AI for outreach, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and team dynamics.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the closing process for candidates.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to refine processes and improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in a high-growth startup environment.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
