Operations Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid. Flexibility may be considered for other locations, especially San Francisco or New York, with travel required as needed to support onsite launches.

What you will do

• Own cross-functional deployment timelines and launch programs across partner construction sites.
• Drive launch readiness across engineering validation, operations, and safety protocols.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and critical-path items, and coordinate their resolution.
• Manage Fleet Technology roadmap deliverables and provide deployment reporting, site metrics, blockers, and outcomes.
• Build repeatable deployment playbooks and improve workflows using AI-driven tools.
• Define partner operating procedures, training programs, and digital manuals for autonomous systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across program management and operations or deployment roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs involving engineering and operations.
• Strong planning, dependency tracking, risk management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical systems into structured plans and clear documentation.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed for onsite launches. Familiarity with AI-driven tools or workflow automation.

• Experience supporting new product or platform launches.
• Experience building scalable customer-facing documentation or training systems.
