Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage cloud platform and data programs across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations.
• Align interdependent workstreams into coherent execution plans and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate technical and program risks, presenting leadership with clear options and recommendations.
• Translate dependencies between cloud infrastructure and field operations into actionable plans.
• Facilitate high-stakes technical decisions and cross-functional tradeoffs.
• Define lightweight program management practices that support company growth without compromising safety or quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a comparable technical leadership role.
• Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary systems involving cloud infrastructure, software applications, and physical deployments.
• Experience with infrastructure and cloud platforms, ML or simulation loops, data storage, or security protocols supporting autonomous systems.
• 2+ years leading programs involving safety-critical or high-reliability systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and build scalable processes.
