What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for the flagship ATL program, driving cross-functional execution across Engineering and Operations.
• Define and maintain program schedules, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Drive accountability by identifying blockers early and managing cross-functional dependencies through launch.
• Implement and maintain program governance standards, including status reporting and risk escalation.
• Build launch readiness frameworks to track program health ahead of critical milestones.
• Partner with the TPM Lead to develop shared tooling, templates, and process standards for the TPM team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management in hardware/software integrated or systems engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through launch.
• Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety, or robotics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills for presenting status and risks to engineering leads and executives.
• Experience working in safety-critical or high-accountability environments.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, or adjacent safety-critical industries.
• Experience supporting or mentoring other TPMs as a senior contributor.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative development methodologies.
• Experience in field-deployed or operationally-sensitive environments (on-site at airports, manufacturing, or logistics).
• Master's degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline, or PMP/PMI certification.
