TL;DR
Maintenance Services Technician II (Licensed Technician) (IFEC/Avionics): Performing line maintenance on aircraft in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems and other installed equipment with an accent on troubleshooting, component replacement, functional testing, and certification. Focus on resolving system failures, loading software and media, completing aircraft documentation, and maintaining serviceability during rotating 24/7 operations.

Location: Onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

  • Perform line maintenance on aircraft in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems and other aircraft equipment.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, test, adjust, replace, and certify components and systems down to line-replaceable units, cabling, and related equipment.
  • Perform cabin sweeps, built-in and manual tests, software and media loading, and post-repair functional testing.
  • Complete aircraft maintenance documentation and coordinate issues with leads, supervisors, airline customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with airside inventory management, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping.
  • Maintain safety, quality, housekeeping, tool-care, and regulatory compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Secondary or technical school degree.
  • At least 12 months of experience with Panasonic IFEC systems and 24 months of on-aircraft experience; aircraft work must have been performed within the last 18 months.
  • Aircraft maintenance experience and preferably a valid KSA GACA Aircraft License or equivalent authority to certify assigned aircraft types and systems.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Saudi Arabia through nationality, visa, or work permit.
  • Excellent English language knowledge required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus basic Linux skills; ability to pass security and background checks, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet airport access requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience certifying different aircraft types and systems under applicable company authority and governing regulations.
  • Ability to lead and supervise others when required.
