Aeronautical Maintenance Technician

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on rotorcraft from multiple manufacturers.
• Carry out periodic inspections using approved maintenance programs and technical documentation, including APM, CMM, AMM, and IPC.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, transmission, and rotor systems.
• Certify aircraft return-to-service in compliance with EASA Part 66 requirements.
• Complete work orders, maintenance reports, and aircraft logbooks while following quality, safety, and airworthiness procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams, continuing airworthiness departments, and local authorities; mentor junior technicians when applicable.

Requirements

• EASA Part 66 Category B1.3 licence for turbine-powered helicopters is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of helicopter maintenance experience in line maintenance and/or MRO.
• Hands-on experience with Airbus Helicopters aircraft, such as H145, H160, or H225, is required.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, transmission, and rotor systems.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 145, Part M, and Part 66 regulations, plus familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management systems.
• Fluent English is required as the working language. Rigor, autonomy, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work under pressure are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience in international or remote environments, including offshore, VVIP, or government operations.
• Arabic or Malay language skills.
