General Manufacturing Associate (Kit Assembly) - 3rd Shift (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The role works on the 3rd shift with a non-standard schedule as needed.

Hourly pay rate: $21.38 plus shift differential.

What you will do

• Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices according to production and quality standards.
• Operate machines and production equipment safely and follow established instructions.
• Monitor finished output and identify products requiring disposal or rework.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for manufacturing performance analysis.
• Work with chemicals, measurement equipment, and production processes while following applicable regulatory policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of related experience, or completion of applicable PBS requirements and an assessment at the appropriate level.
• Ability to perform intricate hand assembly with strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule and maintain regular, predictable onsite attendance.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and work in an environment with moving parts, noise, and exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals.

Nice to have

• Prior manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly.
• Experience using lean tools to improve quality and processes.
• Basic computer, reading comprehension, and math skills.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
