Final Quality Control Inspector I - 2nd Shift (Medical Devices)

Location: Pawtucket, Rhode Island, United States; 2nd shift

Hourly pay: $20.00–$22.00

What you will do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of medical device products against specifications, inspection procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Conduct visual inspections and test components and assemblies during production.
• Verify the calibration status of critical equipment and instrumentation.
• Record quality testing information in Device History Records and populate inspection metrics.
• Initiate Discrepant Material Reports for nonconforming material and prepare retain samples for storage.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient spoken, written, and read English.
• Proficiency with basic dimensional measuring tools and computer applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and read specifications, procedures, engineering drawings, and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, teamwork, and communication skills.
