Deployment Lead (AI-native ERP)

What you will do

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to deliver smooth, timely implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and resolve customer problems.
• Analyse client accounting and finance workflows and translate them into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and product adoption.
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination.
• Track milestones, document progress, align stakeholders, and identify risks that could affect customer launches.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience in accounting, audit, advisory, finance transformation, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong accounting foundation covering financial close, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and core finance workflows, with familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Systems-minded, highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn implementation work.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
