Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: London, hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office; flexible and remote working options are also available alongside Leeds-based hybrid collaboration.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across a varied portfolio of conventional agile and AI-driven client engagements.
• Manage stakeholder governance and senior client relationships in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Lead early-stage discovery, client immersion, product thinking, and workshops to identify valuable technology opportunities.
• Build commercial cases for proposed work and assess whether initiatives should proceed, change direction, or stop.
• Plan the transition from successful proofs of concept into solutions used by real users.
• Use modern AI tools hands-on and demonstrate practical examples to clients.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager in agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, combined with strong commercial judgment.
• Experience with discovery, product thinking, or client workshops, or a clear interest in developing these skills.
• Practical day-to-day confidence with AI tools and real-world use cases.
• Proactive and resilient approach to ambiguity, with the ability to challenge assumptions early.
• Technology consultancy or professional services experience is advantageous.
