Client Delivery Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid work from the New York Office (Flatiron) or Boston

Compensation: On-target earnings of $140,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Implement and launch client projects end to end, from kickoff through go-live.
• Surface risks to the critical path, maintain accountability across workstream owners, and represent client needs internally.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to resolve complex cross-functional problems.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with enterprise healthcare and technology brands, including project scope, risks, opportunities, and emerging client needs.
• Define the path from early market entry to high-volume care delivery programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a healthcare setting.
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives and enterprise brands.
• Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and keeping them on schedule.
• Strong understanding of the care delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to use dashboards, build visualizations, and identify emerging trends and risks from data.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and creating new operating playbooks in a startup environment.
