Client Delivery Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in New York Office (Flatiron) or Boston, United States

On-target earnings: $140,000–$150,000, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Implement and launch client projects end to end, from kickoff through go-live.
• Surface critical-path risks early, maintain accountability across workstream owners, and represent client needs internally.
• Coordinate Product, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and Clinical teams to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Manage relationships with enterprise healthcare stakeholders, including senior leaders and major industry brands.
• Manage project scope, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and anticipate client needs.
• Define the path from early market entry to high-volume care delivery programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing healthcare role or healthcare setting.
• Direct experience working with C-suite executives and enterprise brands.
• Track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and keeping them on schedule.
• Strong understanding of the care delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to use dashboards, build visualizations, and identify trends and risks from data.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and creating new processes in a startup environment.
