Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: New York Office; hybrid, with three days per week in the NYC office when not traveling; willingness to travel up to 40% required.

Compensation: OTE of $200,000–$310,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Act as the strategic partner and primary post-sale contact for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Data teams to deliver high-impact implementations on schedule.
• Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations using the hirify.global platform.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and core customer users alongside Account Executives and Solution Engineers.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and gather customer feedback to inform product development and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in tech consulting, technology implementation, or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises.
• Experience in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership.
• Experience implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context.
• Domain expertise in financial services, such as banking, insurance, lending, or payments.
• Technical fluency with APIs and basic Python and SQL knowledge.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
