People Business Partner Lead

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and executives on people strategies aligned with organizational objectives and transformation initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, performance, retention, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change programs.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including large-scale reorganizations.
• Analyze turnover, diversity, engagement, performance, and other workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable HR systems and programs, including compensation, performance management, and benefits programs.
• Partner with Learning & Development, legal counsel, COE leads, and cross-functional stakeholders on capability building, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in an HR function, including 5+ years as a Business Partner.
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; agency, consulting, technology, or professional services experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR initiatives with long-term business goals and deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, consultative, problem-solving, collaboration, and consensus-building abilities.
• Expert-level knowledge of employment law and experience supporting complex compliance matters.
