People Business Partner Lead (HR): Operate as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies with an accent on data-driven insights, change leadership, and organizational performance. Focus on bridging HR expertise with business needs, solving complex workforce challenges, and driving enterprise-wide transformation through consultative problem-solving.

Location: USA - 100% Remote

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 plus discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

  • Champion culture of excellence by driving performance, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Provide guidance on change management, leadership best practices, and team optimization
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues and large-scale reorganizations
  • Analyze HR metrics via dashboards to deliver data-driven recommendations for business outcomes
  • Design and implement scalable HR systems like compensation and performance frameworks
  • Act as strategic advisor to executives, aligning HR with business goals and navigating compliance

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
  • 7-10 years in HR, with 5+ years as Business Partner
  • Experience in high-growth environments (agency, consulting, tech, professional services preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills for leveraging data in HR decisions
  • Excellent communication to influence C-suite and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver with owner mindset for business alignment
