People Business Partner (GTM)

Location: New York, NY; salary bands apply to the NYC metro area and other US metro classifications.

Salary: $136,000–$152,000 annually for Metro 2; $128,000–$143,000 annually for Metro 3, plus company bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align people strategies with commercial growth and go-to-market execution.
• Advise on organizational design, spans and layers, leadership capacity, role clarity, workforce mix, headcount investments, succession, and workforce planning.
• Support onboarding, employee development, talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, retention, and capability-building initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations counsel, conduct investigations, advise on performance and disciplinary matters, and apply employment law in practice.
• Coach leaders through organizational change, reorganizations, integrations, difficult people decisions, communication planning, and team effectiveness challenges.
• Lead or support people projects, process imhirify.globalments, offboarding, exit interviews, and cross-functional initiatives with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting GTM teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Account Directors, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Strategy, and Business Development.
• Independent experience managing employee relations issues, including investigations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
• Ability to promote, maintain, and enhance values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
• Strong passion for learning about products and markets through in-house and external training.
• Experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies.
• Ability to work independently on complex, cross-functional problems, lead projects, coach others, exercise judgment, and make recommendations.
