What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities and outcomes.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, performance, change management, and employee relations.
• Coach and influence leaders to build high-performing teams and navigate difficult decisions.
• Translate business needs and insights into practical solutions that create meaningful impact.
• Communicate complex issues and recommendations clearly to support informed leadership decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR or People Business Partner supporting business leaders.
• Strong judgment and the ability to independently manage day-to-day people and organizational challenges.
• Ability to coach and build credibility with leaders while navigating challenging conversations.
• Strong ownership and execution skills, including turning ambiguous needs into practical solutions and driving work through completion.
• Ability to use data and business context to identify trends, develop recommendations, and inform decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Engineering or other highly technical organizations.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology environments.
• Experience using people analytics to identify trends and inform organizational decisions.
• HR degree or certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or a related credential.
