Solutions Delivery Systems Developer

What you will do

• Develop, administer, enhance, and support project portfolio management, business intelligence, low-code, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage application configuration, environments, access roles, integrations, scheduled jobs, data flows, releases, and technical support.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into application designs, prototypes, features, and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain application code, scripts, queries, APIs, database structures, data pipelines, reporting models, and integrations.
• Apply secure development, identity and access, data protection, audit, testing, deployment, and change-management practices.
• Lead small application projects and technical workstreams while monitoring performance, troubleshooting incidents, and improving reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing, developing, administering, integrating, deploying, and supporting business applications across the full lifecycle.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET, or an enterprise low-code platform.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational data, data integration, APIs, scripting, reporting, source control, testing, release management, and production support.
• Working knowledge of secure software development, role-based access, auditability, data protection, and enterprise change controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, or comparable enterprise tools.
• Experience with modern web architecture, cloud or server-hosted environments, containers, observability, and automated deployment.
• Knowledge of AI, large language models, machine learning, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI-enabled application patterns.
• Experience with Lean-Agile delivery, DevSecOps, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Relevant application development, cloud, platform administration, security, ITIL, or project management certifications.
