TL;DR
NOC Engineer (Networking): Diagnosing and resolving complex network incidents and customer-escalated issues across a global Network as a Service infrastructure with an accent on advanced routing, monitoring, and service reliability. Focus on troubleshooting MPLS, OSPF, and BGP networks, coordinating escalations and network changes, and maintaining continuous support across rotating shifts.
Location: On-site in Sector 26, Gurgaon Delhi, Gurugram, Haryana, India. The role includes rotating 8.5-hour shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts, plus working visits to responsible partner and vendor locations.

What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents and customer-escalated issues using monitoring tools.
- Perform remote troubleshooting sessions and deliver advanced technical solutions for tickets and critical alerts.
- Plan and implement network changes prescribed by engineering teams and third-party suppliers.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive solutions for recurring issues.
- Provide escalation support to Technical Support Engineers, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain documentation, share troubleshooting knowledge, contribute to projects, and support continuous global coverage through scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network support or infrastructure, preferably in ISP, cloud, or data centre environments.
- CCNA, JNCIA, or an equivalent certification required.
- Strong knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP, IP configuration, VLANs, MAC address management, switching, routing, and optical networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear, or similar network equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability for rotating weekend, public holiday, and night shifts.
