TL;DR
UI/UX Design & Research (Digital Product Design and User Research): Designing digital products and services through user research, wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and interactive prototypes with an accent on user-centered solutions, research analysis, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Focus on planning usability studies, extracting actionable insights, translating business requirements into design decisions, and owning design problems from initial concept through delivery.

What you will do
- Define design requirements for digital products and create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX deliverables.
- Plan and conduct user research through usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other methodologies.
- Create personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and interactive prototypes based on research insights.
- Analyze research data, identify patterns, and translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Own design problems end to end, conduct competitive analysis, and advocate for user-centered decisions.
Requirements
- Experience designing successful digital products and services.
- Experience planning and conducting user research studies using modern research strategies and techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to identify insights and influence decisions.
- Proficiency with Figma for digital product design and prototyping.
- Experience with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Lookback.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Visual and interface design, information design, storytelling, and design presentation skills.
- Experience with remote and in-person research, international research, accessibility, and inclusive research practices.
- Documentation for development handoff and workshop facilitation experience.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, generative AI tools, or a background in psychology or human-computer interaction.
- Ability to mentor others in research and design methodologies.
