UI/UX Designer (AI Apps)

What you will do

• Design user-centered experiences for AI-powered web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, and iterative design improvements.
• Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design conversational experiences for chat interfaces, AI assistants, copilots, recommendations, and intelligent workflows.
• Develop interaction patterns for prompting, generated responses, feedback, regeneration, editing, citations, confidence indicators, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Build scalable design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, design guidelines, and implementation specifications for developers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a related digital design discipline.
• Experience designing AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, generative AI products, or conversational interfaces.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and modern UI/UX design tools.
• Strong knowledge of UX research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, responsive web design, and mobile-first principles.
• Practical understanding of LLM and generative AI experiences, including prompt-based interactions and AI-generated content.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards, including WCAG, plus the ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI/ML specialists, and business stakeholders.
