What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX for the core app across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design complex user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, progress tracking, and error recovery.
• Map and design various AI states such as loading, thinking, acting, and failing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct usability research to identify trust gaps and areas of user disengagement.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and contribute to the design system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer for consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma for user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent AI systems.
• Strong understanding of user trust, transparency, and feedback loops in AI products.
• Experience in conducting user research and implementing findings into design.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving product scopes.
