UX Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Seoul, South Korea

What you will do

• Own UX for the core application across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design end-to-end flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, handoff, progress tracking, completion, and recovery.
• Design clear interfaces for AI activity, decisions, confirmations, adjustments, and system states.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Conduct usability research focused on trust, uncertainty, and user engagement.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and reusable design-system patterns.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Understanding of user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven products.
• Experience conducting user research and converting findings into design decisions.
• Good judgment regarding usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery flows.

Nice to have

• Experience balancing simple consumer interactions with complex multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience working in fast-moving teams with evolving product scope.
