What you will do

• Own the UX for the core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design end-to-end user flows for AI-assisted tasks, covering everything from intent capture to completion and error recovery.
• Map and design AI system states, including loading, thinking, acting, waiting, and failing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to translate user requirements into concrete design solutions.
• Conduct usability research to identify points of friction and improve user trust and engagement.
• Produce wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and contribute to the shared design system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer for consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for user flow design and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Ability to design for systems that are asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• Strong judgment regarding usability, edge cases, and failure handling in AI-driven experiences.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work.
