UX Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own UX for core application surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design end-to-end flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, handoff, progress tracking, completion, and error recovery.
• Design transparent interfaces that show AI activity, decisions, required confirmations, and adjustments.
• Map AI states such as loading, thinking, acting, waiting, stalling, failing, and recovering.
• Conduct usability research and turn findings about trust, uncertainty, and disengagement into design decisions.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and shared UX patterns in collaboration with product, engineering, and ML teams.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Understanding of user trust, control, feedback, transparency, usability, edge cases, and recovery flows in AI-driven products.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving team and balance simple consumer UX with complex AI behavior.

• Experience designing complex multi-step AI workflows alongside simple everyday interactions.
