What you will do

• Lead UX and UI design for enterprise applications and digital solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, design specifications, and implementation guidance.
• Design responsive, accessible, mobile-first experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability studies, and feedback sessions.
• Develop, maintain, and expand enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, analysts, developers, vendors, and leadership; present design concepts and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with wireframing, mockups, prototyping, user flows, journey maps, and design specifications.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, accessibility, and usability best practices, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting government or public-sector projects.
• Experience with Agile product development, enterprise application modernization, design thinking, or vendor-developed applications.
