TL;DR
HR Business Partner, Private Markets (HR Business Partnering): Advising Private Markets leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, employee relations, and change management with an accent on leadership capability, location strategy, and risk-informed people decisions. Focus on designing organizational changes, coaching senior leaders through complex people challenges, and using workforce data to support decisions in a global matrixed environment.
Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with at least four full days each week in an office

What you will do
- Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders across the Private Markets business.
- Translate business strategy and organizational priorities into talent and workforce plans.
- Lead workforce planning, restructuring, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management discussions.
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, HR policies, employment legislation, and risk management.
- Partner with HR Advisors, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Finance, and HR Analytics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting business leaders.
- Experience in asset management, investment management, financial services, or a similarly complex professional services environment.
- Experience advising senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.
- Ability to influence and coach leaders through complex business and people challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience using workforce and business data to guide decisions.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
