IT Technician II

Location: United States

Salary: $42,000–$55,000 base salary per year, with potential performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support.
• Respond to requests submitted through ServiceNow and other support channels.
• Provide empathetic technical assistance for corporate credentials, applications, hardware, and SaaS tools.
• Install, configure, maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Maintain technical documentation and suggest improvements to IT policies, processes, and workflows.
• Translate technical concepts clearly to employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in IT.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Intermediate internet and network troubleshooting skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of identity providers such as Azure and Okta, distribution groups, security groups, and access control.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing workflows, endpoint management or EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, and mobile device management tools such as Intune and Jamf.
• Strong communication, research, and technical documentation skills.
