Customer Supply Chain Manager (Retail)

Location: New York, NY; in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $91,600–$114,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead customer supply chain operations for a key retail or digital channel across forecasting, replenishment, fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and store operations.
• Partner with sales, demand planning, supply planning, operations, finance, retailers, and brokers to maintain product availability and healthy inventory levels.
• Manage retailer forecasts, in-stocks, promotional events, new and discontinued items, waste reduction, reporting, and analytics.
• Own OTIF performance, order and inventory accuracy, chargeback analysis, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop operational scorecards and strategic roadmaps based on performance gaps and data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-functional projects and strategic changes while managing execution risks and opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, retail sales, or customer supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment, financial planning, store operations, inventory management, retailer order management, and distribution logistics.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of Excel and AI tools, with the ability to derive and communicate operational insights from data.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, analytical, and able to manage multiple internal and third-party partners.
