Senior Field Marketing Manager (Capital Markets)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, USA; hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days working from home

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience and expertise

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive go-to-market planning to drive customer acquisition and accelerate revenue in the Capital Markets segment.
• Develop demand generation strategies and manage campaign and program execution.
• Create and coordinate campaign content, including blogs, social media, thought leadership materials, webinars, collateral, and sales enablement assets.
• Coordinate with Product Management on programs supporting product releases.
• Manage and participate in trade shows and events for the assigned market vertical.
• Work with Digital Marketing to manage the online presence and serve as the primary contact for market-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
• 8+ years of field marketing experience.
• Understanding of B2B field marketing programs.
• Knowledge of current field marketing trends, best practices, and measurement.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot, and Seismic.
